Mathematics
Mathematics is a core subject in the National Curriculum. We aim to develop pupils’ mathematical knowledge and skills in oral, written and practical work, in a way which encourages confidence and enjoyment.
In years 7-9 we follow the National Curriculum syllabus, using the Key Maths Scheme. At the end of year 9 the girls are prepared to sit the SATs tests.
From years 10-11 we follow the OCR GCSE Course.
The final examinations are sat in Year 11 during June/July.
